Each had time to walk, ponder and set personal and Zone goals!
After coming fasting, food was a welcome sight!

These are my favorite pictures that you have posted so far. I was taken back by the beauty of the falls and especially touched at the picture of those sweet Elders being taught at the water's edge. What an incredible experience for all of them and one that I am sure they will never forget!
